The off season is going better than I imagined I am weighing in at 181 lbs today and feeling strong. I watched the Arnold Classic online yesterday Iris looked amazing as usual and was also impressed with Yaxeni. I thought Alina Popa deserved much higher than 8th place. I also saw a British Amateur called Sharon Madderson who took 4th in the women’s heavyweight division Great Physique and Beautiful face overall a wonderful mix of beauty and muscle. I dont know Sharon but I send out my congratulations.
