Hi,
I am really looking forward to the Expo this weekend. I will be in Birmingham all weekend, I love going to Birmingham it is a fun city and of course the home of the world famous Temple Gym where Dorian Yates built his world beating physique. No trip to Birmingham is complete without a visit to British Mecca of body building.
This shot was taken at the British Grand Prix in April by Dr Mabuse a Photographer friend of mine.
Hopefully see you at the Expo as it is my last time away before I start my diet down for a competition later this year. So make sure you keep up to date with my progress as I count down to comp day.
