My weight has obviously gone up over the years as I have put more and more muscle on. I am often asked how I stay looking like a bodybuilder in my off season. The answer is simple I still eat the same foods as I do when I diet I just eat more to feed the growing process. The off season is not an excuse to eat what you want and lose all those hard earned gains. You are not a bodybuilder for 18weeks of a diet up to a comp, you are a bodybuilder 365 days of the year and in constant prep for that next time you compete.
