It is not all modeling assignments and fun globe trotting. Im back in the UK training hard with my coach Lewis Breed. Many of you contact me about training, diet and nutrition so after speaking with Lewis he is going to put a page on my new updated site (coming soon) so he can help you acheive your goals. Obviously Lewis has been an inspiration to me over the past 2 years so I highly recommend him.
Lewis is based in the southwest so is not ideal for people in other parts of the country looking for 1 on 1 coaching but dont worry I have friends all over the country who I highly recommend for their knowledge and coaching skills. If you are in Manchester you have Paul Booth and John Hodgson at Evolution Gym in Rochdale.
If you are in the North East you are very lucky to have Jeannie Ellam at Fitness Connection in Leeds who I regulary go to see. Jeannie has already had some good results this year with the girls she has trained for competitions. Jeannie herself is one of Britain’s top female Bodybuilders. Jeannie puts me through my paces when ever I am in the Leeds area.
London, you can call on Tracy Ann King at Yorky’s Gym in the Battersea area of London. Tracy is also a qualified deep tissue masseuse. She has offered me a free massage so will soon be taking her up on that offer. Tracy and I stood on stage together at the Hercules show. That was the first time we met and I train at her gym when I am in London
Colchester, you have the charismatic Scott Horton to take care of all your bodybuilding needs in this area. He has years of experience within the British Body Builbing scene. Scott works out of his own gym Hercules Gym Colchester. He looks scary when you first meet him but he is a big teddy bear really.
All these people have been very kind to me and helped me over the last 2 years. I feel I have benefited greatly from their help and advice and would like to say a big thank you to them all.
