Hi,
Quick picture from last week stepping out on stage for the first time this year. I got a great response from the audience although many people seemed shocked at my Physique. This was not at a bodybuilding show so many of the people had never seen a female bodybuilder before. I cant really give too much away as the project is still being produced. As soon as I can give out the details I will let you all know via the blog. I hope you like the picture as you can see I am much bigger this year I will be over 18lbs heavier on stage this year not bad gains for my first ever off season Lisa
