Hi just letting you know I will be doing a quick shoot tonight at the gym to check on my progress as I get ready for this years comps. I am all over the place Madrid, then Serbia and finally flying around the USA seeing all my old friends. The prep is going great every year the diet seems to work better getting tighter and tighter. I will update some pice on the blog over the next few days to show you how I am coming in for the upcoming shows. Working on my routine at the moment so having fun dancing around my bedroom.
Here is a shot from last year messing around on the hotel roof in New York. It was great up there you could be a real voyeur looking into all the apartments lets just say I had alot of fun in NYC.
