Though it was time to have a bit of fun. Coming to the end of my diet as the competitions are in sight. in just over a month it will be all over and I will be heading out to the USA for some real fun.
I will be in Coventry this Sunday doing another guest spot. Check out you-tube and see the guest spot I did in Leicester nearly two weeks ago.
I am having a great time at the moment watching the Rugby World Cup as I do my cardio in the mornings. This weekend I have the Olympia to watch on live web broadcast. Hopefully next year you will be watching me on the Pro stage.
