Just a quick update to let you know what I am up to. Been very busy working on videos for the site and a new you tube training channnel. Also been working with Jorge on numerous photoshoots for the upcoming site redesign.
Training is going well still feeling strong as I hit the halfway point of my diet, body seems to be changing daily now really starting to get the results I wanted cant wait to compete again.
Have had alot of fun with movie scenarios here is a shot from our Terminator shoot.
