On Saturday I will be making my way to London (Earls Court). So if you are in the area keep an eye out for me. At the end of this month I will be touring around up North training at some of my favourite gyms. On the 30th I will be in Leeds visiting Jeannie Allam one of the UK’s top Female body builders. I am really looking forward to catching up with Jeannie and Mo and training in their gym.
Off Season is going well I am weighing around 170lbs now and still have my abs. I have another 15 weeks on a higher calorie diet to put more muscle mass on before I start dieting down for this years shows. Bring it on Bigger Better & Harder than ever before.
