Hi,
Im on the motorway tomorrow heading up north to train at some of myy favourite gyms. I will be in Leeds training at my friends gym Jeannie Ellam hopefully pick up some tips from one of Britains top Female Bodybuilders.
Then I am off to Rochdale to train at Evoloutions and pick the brains of John Hodgeson and Paul Booth, John is one of our top pro’s and after years of succesfully competing Paul’s knowledge of training and nutrition is second to none. Plus they are both top guys and are very approachable for advice and guidance.
Finally as I head back through Birmingham i will be stopping off at Leisurelee Fitness one of my main supporters for a quick training session.
