Hi,
I had the great pleasure of meeting Pat Warner at the gym opening the other day. what a lovely guy with a fantastic attitude. He is an absolute credit to the sport he always has time for people. His positive attitude towards training and life in general is awe inspiring. he has the attitude if you fall of the horse get back on it and ride it longer and harder. I am sure his strong mind is the key behind his awesome physique. I hope he will soon be given the recognition he deserves by way of a Pro card.
P.S he is a very funny guy aswell.
