Hi,
Had a great weekend up north meeting up with some friends. I popped in to see Paul Booth at Evoloution and then the following day I drove over the pennines to see my good friends Jeannie and Moe at there gym Fitness Connection.
Jeannie put me through a back and hamstring routine. This was filmed by DNS Video and should be uploaded soon.
I always enjoy visiting Jeannie and Moe they are always really positive and supportive of female bodybuilding. I will be back up in a month or so to Guest at the UKBFF Leeds show.
I cant wait to get on stage again, I have been working on my routine and it is all coming together. I will be shooting some more videos this weekend with Luke the videographer so I will be sure to video my routine in the studio so you can get a sneak preveiw on the site.
