Hi,
I spent the week in London at Panthers gym (Panther from Gladiators owns it, how cool is that) Anyway the gym is also the UKBFF school of excellence. I had a great week and learned so much I cant wait to get back in my gym to try some new training methods. At the end of the 6 day course I was awarded my IFBB Personal Trainer certificate. I had a great time in London as it was the Jubilee week. I managed to meet up with some fans and have a great time around London.
