So Here I am back in the UK after nearly a month touring around the USA. No rest for me though as I will be travelling back up the country as a guest speaker at the Women’s Seminar put on by Team Muscle Talk.
I have been given the Back routine to explain and demonstrate. I am looking forward to meeting the UK’s future champions this coming Sunday and passing on the knowledge I have gained over the last few years.
