Hi,
So here is a photo of me at the start of my preparation for the world title in October.
As usual I have 18 weeks of dieting crazy amount of cardio as well as my usual punishing weight training program. As you know this is the part I love. The transformation into a granite type physique over 18 weeks really gets me turned on.
As a reward after the contest I have set up a photo shoot with my sexy friend Denise Masino at Muscle Pin ups down in hot Miami.
