So I am here in Paris having a lot of fun but nothing gets in the way of my prep for my USA tour in September. I am up on the hotel cardio machines at 5am every morning for the first of my 3 cardio sessions for the day.
In this photo are two lovely new FBB’s Nikki And Kerry who I am sure are going to rock the stage this year somewhere in Britain I cant wait to see them. I have been following their progress closely since we met last year and they have surpassed my expectations they have both responded so well to there training and diets. Female bodybuilding is really taking off over here in the UK. I am getting contacted daily by new girls wanting to improve their physics and some even wanting to take the leap and get on stage.
I love to encourage more girls into the bodybuilding lifestyle. It is not a competition against each other bodybuilding is about competing against yourself making improvements to yourself.
I am hoping to have some very exciting news in the next few weeks I have a project on the go and I am hoping I can pull it off I will keep you posted. Well last night in Paris heading off to London tomorrow for an important meeting and then drive down to Southampton sometime in the evening.
