DONT FORGET TO LOOK AT THE HARDCORE MEMBERS BLOG
Hi,
I had a great time at the Body power. I met up with allot of fans and also met some other Top British competitors.
I bumped into the lovely Carly Thornton and had a nice chat, well we tried to have a chat but we ended up posing with many of the fans at the Body power. We had a blast hopefully I will get to catch up with her soon.
Tomorrow is Day one of my diet so stay tuned as we start the adventure all over again. Watch as my physique gets bigger and harder over the next 18 Weeks as we count down to compitition time. I cant wait to get back on that stage.
