Hi,
Had a great time at the Bodypower Expo at the Birmingham NEC. Packed with stars of the bodybuilding world. The event was organised by Dorian Yates 6 times Mr Olympia known to the Bodybuilding world simply as the Shadow.
I bumped into lots of great competitors some amateurs and some professionals of the sport. Had a chat with Kathy Mullen, Louis Rodgers and Becky Williamson, By the way good luck next week Becky at the Britain you were looking awesome yesterday at the Expo.
Also had a quick chat with a new pro on the circuit Shaun Tavernier he was a lovely guy. I have a feeling he has a great future he has muscles on top of muscles.
