Hi,
Have a busy schedule over next few months, I will be in Manchester this weekend then April London, Brussels and Germany (Essen FIBO). May I am off to Paris for a week of video shoots. The following month June I will be visiting Austria, Switzerland and then down to Italy. After this whirlwind tour of Europe I will be starting my diet for this years round of shows. Thank you to everyone who has invited me to their countries unfortunatly I have had to turn down Australia, Canada, Poland, Spain, Japan, Goa and the Middle East as I just dont have time to get there this year. Hopefully next year I can visit a few new places in my off season.
Still training is going great all the parts I have wanted to bring on have reacted well to my new training regime.
