Hi,
End of another week counting down to standing on stage again. Had another great week in the gym training, as you will see from my videos I train with many people in a variety of gyms. This week I trained with a Polish friend of mine who speaks broken English. He is a very hard trainer, loves training heavy and with intensity he often grunts things out in Polish which makes me laugh. After our work out this week he turned to me and said ”YOU TRAIN LIKE MAN” it was hilarious. He then walked of to the toilet to throw up.
My trainer Lewis agrees with him he often takes guys through the Leg Workout he and Stuart devised for me. Not many make it through to the end it is brutal.
I have added another picture from last weeks coaching session with Lewis for you as you all seem to be going made for pictures of the prep. Next week I am back off to Manchester for some more photoshoots. I am looking forward to this shoot as we have a couple of girls joining us. There will be lots of chains and props in this next shoot my imagination is going wild.
