Hi,
I spent the weekend up in the Manchester area. I trained at the new Evolution gym in Roachdale, it was awesome congratulations to Paul Booth and John Hodgson I have to say this is this best gym in the UK. The equipment is fantastic a mix of Life Fitness & Hammer Strength.
The atmosphere is great very friendly everyone is very approachable. I have to personaly thank Paul who helped me go through my posing routine and gave me some advice on how to tweak my diet in the last few weeks. If you are in the North west area and are looking for serious bodybuilding advice go see the guys both Paul & John have a wealth of knowledge. I would also like to wish John the best of luck as he heads out to the US to compete in the Olympia.
