Hi,
It is 4 am and I am wide awake it has been 6 days and still i have jet lag. I have a day off from the gym today so I will try to stay awake until late tonight to try and get my body clock back to UK time. Tomorrow morning is my first weigh in day after my return. I was suprised that I did not lose to much condition on my trip. I have a meeting with my trainer on Monday to see if we are going to change anything in my diet this week or up my cardio. The weights always stay the same keep it heavy and high intensity to keep the size on. I seem to be appearing all over the web after my trip to the US, I am on Muscle Angels, Femflex, World Class Muscle to name a few if you see me ant where be sure to email me and let me know.
