HAPPY NEW YEAR MAY ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE.
2011 Here we come. I am charged up and ready to blast into the new year. This is the start of my 3rd year in the sport of Body Building and so far it has been a great ride. Goals for this year are to get bigger and better than last year. I still have plenty of scope for improvement and that is my intention.
I have been watching Iris Kyle over Christmas and her physique has driven me on to become better, one day I want to stand next to her on the Olympia stage.
Thank you for all you well wishes over the festive period. I don’t really take any time off as it would drive me crazy to be out of the gym for to long but now the new year is here the intensity will rise as I set my sights on comps this year. I am very excited what does this year hold for us. I just hope you all stay with me as we go up through the ranks with every comp.
