I trained Legs on Saturday. I have reduced the weights down now as I come closer to the show but still keeping the reps high to get the pain in the pump. It is a really funny game bodybuilding when you look at your best you feel at your worst it is very mental as well as physical. I am living on reduced calories but still trying to keep my training intensity high. Somedays I only feel alive in the gym and the rest of the time I am craving carbs to give me energy. When times get like this you need the advice from your trainer to keep you going. I am very Lucky to have Both Lewis Breed & Stuart Core (My Trainers) behind me with great advice and tips how to keep performing. They have both been there and done it to very high levels in fact Stuart will be competing in the same shows as me this year. He is a top heavyweight and I just hope this year he is recognised as one of our best prospects.
