DONT FORGET TO LOOK AT THE HARDCORE MEMBERS BLOG
Just a quick update to let you know our girl has done good. Lisa placed 2nd at the Arnolds in Madrid yesterday and has sent some photos back to the office to keep you updated. Dont forget you can also follow on facebook where her page is being sent lots of pictures of the show. Lisa is at the moment in Madrid filming for you so she can keep the site updated for you all. She sends her best and thanks you all for all the support upto the comp. I have tried to do a bit of research and as far as I can see Lisa is the highest place Brit ever on the Arnold stage this may well be incorrect as there is very limited information out there on British placings. If I have done someone a dishonour here please email me at luke@lisacross.com and let me know who has placed higher or equal to Lisa at this great event. As you can see all of us at Team Cross are very excited about what Lisa has achieved. I have to say as a computer geek watching what Lisa puts her body through to achieve this world class physique is inspiring and contagious even i have started working out lol although it will take me a few millennia to get anywhere near her.
