Hi everyone,
I have been busy this week putting the finishing touches to my tour dates in London heathrow on the 19th and 20th of this month. It has been a hectic week training dieting and the added cardio are taking there tole but the results are coming. More definition coming out all over my body and still managing to keep my strength up.
I took this picture tonight while i was on my last cardio session for today. About six weeks to go before i am of to the US for loads of photo shoots/Video shoots i am very excited as the list of other FBB i will be working with just keeps growing i will be a very busy girl.
As the title of this blog explains I will be live on the members web cam on Sat night at 2100 UK time. I hope as many of you as possible can join me as I pose for you live.
