Zipping round the UK over the next few days starting in Bristol tomorrow then 2 days training at the Mecca of British Bodybuilding Temple Birmingham followed by a dash down to South Wales for some tips and posing coaching from Team Gelsei. You should already know this if you keep up to date with my Diary page but just in case it has slipped your attention thought I would highlight it so you know where to look in future.
