Hi,
I landed safe and sound in Miami yesterday. Then had a 3 Hr drive over to Fort Myers to meet Robert Masino of Muscle Elegance.
We spent all day today working in the studio. Had a great time working with the Elegance team they always come up with great concepts for shoots. They seem to have a thing for covering me in food. Last time we met in Las Vegas it was Choclate and cakes this time it was crushing fruit and covering me in juice and pulp. Very very sticky and wet.
We also did a great work out video and photoshoot it was very hot so had to strip down to keep cool in the Miami heat.
Have to sign off now as up early working with the Muscle Elegance Team again tomorrow they are working me hard and I am loving every minute.
Here is a picture from one of todays shoots in the studio. I will update again tomorrow night after the outdoor shoots.
