Hi,
Had the privillage of being one of the guest spots at the Mr & Miss Plymouth Comp this Sunday. The standard was very impressive for a local show. I am amazed how much bodybuilding has come on in this country over the last 10 years. The standard in the southwest has really improved I think that is due to Stuart Core. He has really helped alot of people get ready for shows and has given out alot of advice. Mostly though it is due to his amazing physique I think he has driven people on to bigger and better things. Of course I cannot forget my trainer Lewis Breed who works tirelessly getting people ready for comps. He must have tanned up 10 competotors on the night me included. Stuart & Lewis are inspiring the local bodybuilders on to achieve higher standards.
This photo was taken by an old work collegue Andy Rowe. Andy used to be a competative body builder and from the photo’s I saw of him he achieved a very high standard in the highly competative world of male bodybuilding.
Thanks to Andy and all my other ex-collegues who continue to support me and send me messages of encouragement. Be assured I am living my dream and I am very excited about the future.
