Have been busy all day trying to answer all the emails ref yesterdays Blog picture and update. I will try to work my way through all your emails tonight but I will answer the main questions here now.
I am weighing in at just under 13 stones around 180lbs for all my US friends. I think that works out to around 81.6 KGs for all my European friends.
My diet is going well and I am still feeling strong.
And lastly yes I probably could crush a walnut in my ass cheeks. The last cheeky question was from one of my friends in Washington D.C (You know who you are).
Anyway as you loved yesterdays picture here is another one for you to enjoy. If it was a full length shot, you would be able to see a crushed walnut at my feet!
