Hi,
Spent the day at a local body-building show yesterday so fired up to get back on stage. Yesterday was 7 weeks from the Arnold’s and 8 weeks from the Worlds. I am very excited at getting on stage with an international field. I thought I would update you with a photo so you could see how I was coming in, still along way to go but happy so far.
