Hi, Just a quick update on the live web cam session. I cannot wait to get online and chat with you all. At the moment we are having a few teething problems so I cant get online with the cam. The webdesigner Scott is working on it to get it sorted out. Dont forget you can always drop me a line via the contact page I will always answer your emails. I will also add you to my mailing list.
Back to training my cardio has now gone up to 45mins in the morning and 45mins straight after training. Am off to the gym now to train my legs I am meeting a photographer at the gym so you will see the session on this site soon.
