Sorry I did not update the blog earlier but have been on the road for a few weeks before I settle down into my prep for this years comps. I was very lucky to do a video shoot for MD last Monday at Temple Gym.
I bumped into one of my idols Dorian Yates six times Mr Olympia. Dorian is one of Britain’s most successful athletes. I also got to meet his beautiful wife world champion in her own right Gla Ferreira. I had a great day.
I will update tomorrow with my adventures at the Body power Expo and then my weekend in Manchester where I attended the UKBFF North West show in Warrington.
