Hi,
I had the pleasure of training with Josie Keck the United Kingdoms Strongest Women. I had a great time with Josie, she is as strong as an Ox and she put me through my paces on a Back circuit in her awesome gym. I cant wait to get back up there for another session I think she is going to organise it so some of Britain’s top FBB’s will be there for some real heavy hardcore fun. I will keep you updated.

We had this picture taken after the torture with Josie’s man Barney Du Plessis He is one of Britain’s Top Male heavyweights and I am sure will be a Pro in the not to distant future.
