So I finish up at the studios and get back to the hotel. I wake up early the next morning to get my cardio in before I head over to Colchester for my friend Scott’s gym opening.Eventually I punch the code into the sat nav and off i go in the Rock Van. The sat nav takes me through the centre of London, what a nightmare. I got to see everything Big Ben, The palace , The London eye the bloody thing must have been set to sight seeing mode. I passed the Tower and London Bridge and started to wonder if I would ever get out of London. Weird thing, as my best of Guns and Roses CD started to play live and let die (Bond Theme) I looked across the Thames to see the MI5 building. I love the bond books and have decided to get the bond book collection for my Christmas present this year.
