Hi,
So here we are my last day in the USA. I started in Chicago drove to Columbus Ohio to meet up with the Muscle Pin Up gang then got the Amtrak to Washington DC. Finally I headed down to NYC. As soon as I land I am heading to Birmingham to pick up some more equipment for the charity gym. Big thank you to all of you who have donated to the gym the equipment is much appreciated. You get to help the kids off the streets and the less fortunate than us get to train for free and of course you get to watch me get bigger and better. Before I head back to the Sunny southwest I will be driving up to Liverpool andManchester to train with my coach. Dont forget I am uploading my workouts to my new you tube channel lisacross1on1.
