Hi,
I will be holding a members web cam. This is the first cam since my shows so I will be showing of all my hard earned silverwear from the season. Everyone else is off their diets and eating what they want. Not me I am getting ready to fly out to the USA again. I will be landing in Miami on the 15th then of to Fort Myers for a couple of days (I will drive through 3 national parks so really looking forward to some great scenery). Then it is down to Fort Lauderdale for the NPC. If you are going to be there make sure you say hi. On the 26th I fly up to New York then back home on the 2nd of December.
I will not be just coming off my diet I will tweak it alittle give myself more calories so I can train harder and get my poundages back up. I am concentrating on making some gains and coming in bigger and tighter for next years comps. I already have my diet cycles planned, it is all about preperation.
