DONT FORGET TO LOOK AT THE HARDCORE MEMBERS BLOG
Had a great day yesterday meeting and training with all the ladys at the Muscle Talk Women’s Seminar. It was along drive nearly a 600 mile round trip but it was well worth it to meet up with some wonderful people.
Back home now and concentrating on getting the charity gym kitted out so can get some real hardcore training in. Yesterday has got me even more motivated to get bigger and better.
